Ingredients
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 Piece finely chopped onion
1/5 Piece of garlic clove finely chopped
1 Piece of Clean Pork Loin (960g)
1 tablespoons garlic salt
1 cup dried Dottori carozo dried plums
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of black pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Heat the oil in a deep pot and lightly cook onion and garlic until they have a transparent tone; Increase the flavor of the loin with garlic salt and seal on all sides.
- Remove it from the pot once it has a uniform golden appearance and place it in a semi-deep oven refractory; reservation. Add the plums in the same pot and allow them to soften. Integra orange juice, chicken broth, rosemary, and cook until it boils; Increase the flavor with salt and black pepper.
- Blend and pour the sauce on the back. Cover the refractory with foil and bake at 180º C for 30 minutes until the meat is soft;
- Remove the aluminum and allow the spine to take a golden hue.
- Rest a few minutes when leaving the oven, slice, serve and ENJOY !!!
