Chicken thighs with apples and plums

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs
1 large onion
2 potatoes
2 apples
150 gr dried dried plums DOTTORI
75 gr raisins
50 gr butter
150 ml rum
300 ml white wine
Condiments: Salt, pepper, thyme, basil		  

 

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Place on a baking sheet, onion cut in julienne, thick sliced ​​potatoes and apples in small pieces.
  3. Place the chicken on top and add salt, pepper, thyme and basil to taste.
  4. Add the butter in pieces over the chicken.
  5. Add the plums, raisins, rum and wine.
  6. Put the tray in the oven and leave about 2 hours.
  7. You have to turn it three times during cooking to brown it equally.
  8. On the last lap, we take out some plum, raisins, onion, apple and mash.
  9. The crushed we add it in the tray and we mix it with everything and we leave about 10 more minutes in the oven.
