Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
1 large onion
2 potatoes
2 apples
150 gr dried dried plums DOTTORI
75 gr raisins
50 gr butter
150 ml rum
300 ml white wine
Condiments: Salt, pepper, thyme, basil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Place on a baking sheet, onion cut in julienne, thick sliced potatoes and apples in small pieces.
- Place the chicken on top and add salt, pepper, thyme and basil to taste.
- Add the butter in pieces over the chicken.
- Add the plums, raisins, rum and wine.
- Put the tray in the oven and leave about 2 hours.
- You have to turn it three times during cooking to brown it equally.
- On the last lap, we take out some plum, raisins, onion, apple and mash.
